How long does it take to produce and deliver my order?
All our artworks are made to order. Production typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the size and quantity.
Delivery takes an additional 2–5 business days based on your location. You can always rush your order with our express shipping option for an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.
We ship with premium carriers including FedEx and UPS, providing the best tracking and insurance available worldwide. This means if your product arrives damaged or has any issues, we’ll provide a full replacement immediately.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Free shipping is available to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Shipping fees to other countries are calculated at checkout.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in two facilities – one in Latvia, Europe and one in Texas, USA. We ship orders from either facility based on your location and other factors to ensure optimal delivery times and quality control.
📦 Order Issues
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
What if I receive the wrong artwork or size?
What if my order is lost during transit?
- Standard Shipping: No update after 30 days → we’ll replace it.
- Exprss Shipping: No update after 20 days → we’ll replace it.

🔄 Returns & Guarantees
Can I return or exchange my artwork?
All our artworks are made-to-order, handcrafted specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or in the wrong size.
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right by sending a free replacement—we never leave you stuck with a faulty product.
We encourage you to reach out to us before ordering if you need help choosing the perfect piece for your space.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Every artwork is covered by our 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee. If your piece fades, discolors, or deteriorates under normal indoor conditions within one year, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Excludes accidental damage, direct sunlight, moisture, or improper framing.

Do you offer custom sizes or frames?
Currently, we offer standardized sizes as listed on our product pages. If you have special requirements, please contact our customer service team to discuss possibilities.
How should I care for my artwork?
For optimal longevity:
- Avoid hanging in direct sunlight
- Maintain normal indoor humidity levels (40-60%)
- Dust gently with a soft cloth
- Avoid touching the canvas surface
- For framed pieces, use glass cleaner on the acrylic front only (never on the canvas)

Are taxes included in your prices?
Yes, all displayed prices include VAT for customers in the European Union, as required by law.
Is my payment secure?
Yes! We use SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance to ensure your payment details are safe. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and we never store your card details.
